Mold & Spore Inspections

What is mold?

Mold is a living organism and just like any other living organism, it aims to grow and reproduce. Mold begins to grow in a damp space in the home, spreading quickly and often unseen. The only way to be sure about the absence of mold is to test for it.

Mold reproduces by releasing microscopic spores into the air which are inhaled by humans. Mold exposure can cause coughing, wheezing, sore throat, shortness of breath, headaches, and hives. Greater the exposure the greater the risk of serious and long-term health effects. There is no known “safe” limit for mold exposure.

By the time you can see or smell mold, it may already have caused permanent damage to your home and your health.
