Mold is a common yet often unseen threat lurking in many homes across the United States. Shockingly, studies indicate approximately 45 million buildings in the United States harbor unhealthy levels of mold and a staggering 70% of homes contain some form of mold, posing significant risks to both property and health.

What’s even more alarming is that mold often operates stealthily, proliferating in hidden corners and crevices and evading detection until it’s too late.

Schedule

A mold inspection is highly recommended:

  • After a recent water event: Whether it’s a flood or a leak, moisture is a breeding ground for mold. Our inspections can uncover hidden mold growth resulting from such incidents.
  • When there’s a musty odor or symptoms: If you notice a musty smell or experience symptoms like coughing or sneezing while indoors, it could indicate the presence of mold. Our inspections identify mold hotspots, providing relief and peace of mind.
  • Before any real estate transaction: Before buying or selling a property, it’s essential to ensure it’s free from mold. Our inspections offer thorough assessments to protect your investment and health.

What’s included

Our mold analysis consists of taking Airborne samples within the home to test for the presence of mold or spores in the air. These small particles can spread the mold throughout the house as well as be inhaled causing respiratory problems. Surface samples are taken when a mold-like substance is swabbed for testing. All samples are analyzed at the laboratory and a report is generated when testing is complete.
